Art tycoon Charles Saatchi (inset) was caught on camera clutching his
third wife Nigella Lawson's neck (main image) as they sat outside their
favourite restaurant in Mayfair, central London. But the 70-year-old
arts collector has insisted that they were having an 'intense argument'
and the TV cook was only crying because she hates it when they row. A
Metropolitan Police spokesman said the force investigated after seeing
the images on Sunday, before 'a 70-year-old man voluntarily attended a
central London police station and accepted a caution for assault'.

develop as a defence against the personal tragedies that have blighted
